Schurco Slurry® manufactures quality metal and elastomer replacement parts fully compatible with legacy OEM pumps, and provides value to customers through fair pricing and lead times that are some of the lowest in the market. We stock millions of dollars of pumps and parts globally, all of which are interchangeable with legacy OEM slurry pump parts. We maintain a global distribution network that stands ready to serve your process needs.

All parts compatible with legacy OEM slurry pumps that have been rigorously reverse engineered using FaroArm® technology with 2D 3-D modeling. First article inspection involves comparison to OEM parts followed by fit testing. All impellers have been performance tested to certify them against OEM performance. Schurco Slurry manufactures replacement parts for other manufacturers as we do our own: with technical expertise, quality, fair pricing, and product availability for the end user.

Metal Spare Parts

Our cast high chrome slurry pump parts are manufactured to the highest degree of mechanical integrity through the use of accurate 3D modeling.

We use the latest SolidWorks and FaroArm technology to design precise parts at the beginning of our manufacturing process, and inspect and verify those parts before shipping.

Schurco Slurry cast wet-end parts can handle the toughest abrasive applications, and adhere to all relevant ASTM standards. Our most popular 27-28% high chrome metallurgy has a guaranteed 650+ Brinell hardness. A variety of alternative metallurgies are available for more corrosive applications:

Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) in coal-fired power plants
Phosphoric acid
Ash pumps
Other acidic or corrosive slurries

Elastomer Spare Parts

Our elastomeric parts are designed to provide longer life and abrasion resistance in a variety of applications.

We offer a wide variety of natural rubber and synthetic elastomers for the majority of wetted parts in both horizontal and vertical slurry pumps.
